Hostel Information System

Hostel admissions will be processed ONLY FOR RENEWAL applications of Ph.D, Masters and Final Year Undergraduate students. The renewal applications of final year undergraduate students will be processed only if there is vacancy in the hostels after admitting Ph.D and Masters students.

Application Fees once paid, will not be refunded.

All students applying for renewal of admission must consult their respective faculty authority for off-line classes & to give recommendation for hostel admission.


  • Go through complete instructions for online hostel admissions.
  • Fill up the New Registration form with correct details for admissions in hostel.
  • On getting application number through email, complete and submit the application form.
  • Please go through hostel rules and regulations.
  • Hostel Application does not guarantee admission to the university hostels. Students will be admitted as per merit and quota alloted to the respective faculty.
